Nowadays more people are addicted to prescribed pain medication than ever before. Having worked as a Naturopathic doctor for many years I’ve formulated a system that will help you gently withdraw without terrible side effects. It’s important to follow everything outlined for success. This also works for nonprescription narcotics.
Here is what I suggest to get you over the worst part of the withdrawals.
Reduce your medication slowly. Depending on how much you are taking reduce the intake every three days. Do not abruptly stop your medicines.
To help with the withdrawals take hot bathes with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and this will help pull out the drugs. Use a loofa to clean the pores and this will help pull the drugs out even faster.
I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.
Take a good quality multivitamin twice daily with meals to help balance your body.
I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Drink beyond your first.
Drink 2 cups a day of fresh carrot juice, to flush the medicine out of your liver, where they tend to store.
Taking 500mg of calcium and magnesium first thing in the morning and last thing at night will help you to relax.
Drink chamomile tea throughout the day and evening to help you stay relaxed.
Use a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to pull the drugs out of your intestines where they store. This is absolutely vital for cleaning out your system.
The main point to this system is to clean out your body through the most important organs naturally and gently.
I am a Doctor of Naturopathic medicine with over twenty years experience. I have put together this program over years of research and it has helped many people successfully reduce or eliminate their drug usage.
